U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria ruled that consumers may be misled by the nutrition claims on the juice boxes.

Fast forward four decades, and the orange juice market is once again in the spotlight. The price of orange juice futures has soared by 92% since the beginning of the year, with contracts traded on the Intercontinental Exchange in New York currently priced at $3.97 a pound. This surge is attributed to a disastrous orange harvest in Florida, largely due to the effects of Hurricanes Ian and Nicole, freezing conditions, and the persistent citrus greening disease. Florida, which typically produces over 90% of US oranges, has seen a decline in production, benefiting Brazil, the world's leading orange juice producer. The global orange juice industry is valued at over $6 billion, with expectations to reach $7.6 billion by 2027. The current rally in futures has drawn attention from day traders and social media, leading to speculations about market peaks.
Each reviewer sampled Tropicana Original Orange with Juicy Bits. This was used as a baseline to evaluate the supermarket-branded substitutes against. Refresco focuses on the distribution of a variety of drinks that includes soft drinks and juices. Currently, the company has over 70 locations around the world. The new jobs that will be created will have a higher starting wage above that of the national average.
Florida may still have the orange on its license plates. But if you want to find juice made from 100% Florida-grown oranges, you won't find it anymore under the big brand names.
