The non-alcoholic category keeps seeing upticks, and overall, proving claims will become a business in itself. Whether it is regarding packaging or sustainability, we as an industry need to be as transparant as possible, which means using new tools that allow for this required proof along the rest of the supply chain, and mostly towards the end user or consumer. Food for thought for good.
