A couple of updates ahead of a 3 week summer break:

• The next edition of Juice News is Monday August 5th.

• As of August 1st I’m working and living in California

  • After 8 years of East Coast, a new chapter starts in the midst of the Central Valley.

  • I’m super excited about the opportunity to put a dent in food loss with the great team behind Sierra Agra USA, in my new position as VP of Business Development

• There is a lot behind all this and I will write that up in a longer format post

• The time and energy required for the move (packing up in the humid heat of DC and getting everything ready for the dry heat of Visalia) explains the irregularity in publications of the past few days

• The latter also explains why I’m not at IFT First, because I really wanted to experience that. For those who are there: Enjoy and share something that amazed you!
