I’m mostly intrigued that I notice that people, with no industry affiliation whatsoever, regular consumers, nowadays know the term “greening”, understand that some disease causes their staple breakfast juice to become very pricey. That “closer to the source” knowledge with the consumer is a trend I did not anticipate.
