✋🏻

Now, before you go and register, take a minute to read the following, as it may save you literally thousands now and in the coming 24 months by becoming an IFU member first.

Knowing that for many it is important to let the numbers do the talking... so here we go.

What IFU membership gives you just for this Conference

1. Immediate Savings on Conference Tickets

The IFU Juice Conference 2026 has a steep price difference for non-members. By joining now, you unlock the "Early Bird" Member rate, which ends on February 1.

  • Non-Member Price: $1,500 USD (Early Bird)

  • Member Price: $975 USD (Early Bird)

  • Immediate Savings: $525 USD per person

Note: If you plan to send a team (e.g., 5 people), the ticket savings alone (~$2,625) would completely cover the cost of the base "Executive" membership (€2,420 / ~$2,540 USD).

2. The "Premier" Tier Sweet Spot

The smartest financial move is likely the Premier Membership (€4,400) rather than the base Executive level, because it includes 1 Free Conference Ticket.

  • Cost of Premier Membership: ~€4,400 EUR (~$4,600 USD)

  • Value of 1 Free Ticket: ~$1,600 USD (Standard Non-Member Rate)

  • Net Cost: The effective cost of the membership drops to ~$3,000 USD after factoring in the free ticket.

  • For that remaining "cost," you gain access to the Level 3 Global Juice Market Report, which is valued at over €13,000 and includes deep insights like "Voice of the Consumer" and "World Key Trends" that the lower tiers do not get.

3. Immediate Access to High-Value Data

Membership is not just about the event; it grants you immediate access to the Global Juice Market Report.

  • Strategic Value: Instead of waiting for the conference in April 2026, you can use this data now for your 2025/2026 strategic planning.

  • Executive Tier (€2,420): Includes "Level 2" access (Regional overview & forecasts).

  • Premier Tier (€4,400): Includes "Level 3" access (Full sustainability & consumer surveys).

So, the (slightly biased) recommendation:

Join as a Premier Member before February 1, 2026. You will secure one free ticket (worth ~$1,600), pay the reduced rate of $975 for any additional colleagues (saving $525 each), and gain immediate access to €13,000+ worth of market intelligence.

Note Membership commitment with the IFU is for a minimum of 2 years.

Wait… The IFU?

Yes, most of you know, but let’s refresh your memory.

The International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association.
Established back in 1949, the IFU stands as the global authority for fruit and and vegetable juice standards, representing 77 member countries across 6 continents.

The IFU provides the analytical methods, internationals standards, and regulatory frameworks that enable companies to combat food fraud problems while meeting the increasingly stringent consumer and regulatory demands.

IFU maintains official representation at Codex Alimentarius, and represents the juice sector at the World Health Organization (WHO), World Trade Organization (WTO), and World Customs Organization (WCO). This multi-layered institutional presence ensures that IFU's technical expertise informs policy decisions affecting billions of dollars in global juice trade.

Beyond events like the Juice Conference, the IFU offers a wide range of benefits for its members, including but not limited to:

  • Inclusion in the IFU Global Directory, a trusted reference for juice producers, suppliers, and laboratories worldwide (access is for members only);

  • Participation in IFU Commissions (Including the Science and Technology Commission) and Working Groups, with opportunities to contribute to global technical discussions and publish in IFU’s Sustainability Report;

  • Access to all IFU Methods and Recommendations (more than 100);

  • The Global Juice Market Report, prepared annually by Euromonitor International, valued at over EUR 13,000, provided free to members;

  • Exclusive discounts on registration and sponsorship fees for all IFU events and webinars (except the Juice Summit). Upcoming events include Egypt, France, the United States, South Africa, and Kenya;

  • And many other member-only benefits that promote knowledge sharing, networking, and professional visibility — including the right to use the IFU Member Logo and the IFU Methods User Logo.

PS Are you representing a University? Reach out! Membership is free and there are discounts available for events like the Juice Conference.

PPS For me personally, and what drove me to become ambassador for US, the motivation is simple: I see trends (and have experienced them in the 10 years I am in the US now) that require what the IFU offers: additional strength and structure for stakeholders in our industry. Those trends/threats are: 1.) Collapse of consumer trust, 2.) Regulatory Transformation, and 3.) Sophisticated Food Fraud.
Happy to talk about that as well!
