Tougher limits on lead in juice would bring more than a billion dollars in socioeconomic benefits

A realistic estimate is that juice makes up 20% of young children’s total exposure to lead. If those levels can be cut by one-third, the societal benefits from the investment in our children’s future would be $1.1 billion a year.
