High Taxes On Sweetened Beverages To Generate Rs 60 Bln Revenue

The experts at the Media Conference on Health Awareness held under the auspices of Pakistan National Heart Association (PANAH) here on Monday said increased taxes on sugar sweetened beverages (SSBs) would generated Rs 60 billion revenue and ensure drastic decline in disease burden.
